WARM & SPICY KING'S KIMCHI DIP
A great holiday dip they'll ask for year after year

Main Ingredients
14 oz. King's Kimchi
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Crackers or sourdough bread.

Optional Ingredients
Fresh watercress leaves
Fresh basil leaves
Black sesame seeds

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Chop Kimchi into 1/4" pieces and drain.
  3. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  4. Place mixture into small oven safe bowls or ramikins dishes.
  5. Place into preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until top becomes crispy and golden brown.
  6. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.
  7. Serve on crackers or with sourdough bread.
  8. Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top.

Optional

  1. Place a small leaf of basil or watercress over cheese.
  2. Sprinkle black sesame seeds.
