MONOGOLIAN
STYLE KIMCHI BURGER
An exciting, tasty
and decorative twist on an American
Classic.
Ingredients
1
cup (8 oz.) Kings
Kimchi
1 1/4 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Tomatoes and lettuce
Hamburger buns or
rolls
Preparation
1.
Chop Kimchi into 1/4" pieces.
2. Combine ground beef, Kimchi,
salt and pepper and mix
until all ingredients are distributed evenly.
3. Form mixture into
patties.
4. Place patties on preheated grill and cook until
done.
5.
Remove from grill, place on buns, and top with tomatoes and
lettuce.
