one food had to be chosen to represent the Korean diet, that food
would be Kimchi. It has been a spicy Korean tradition for over 300
years and is naturally nutritious and tasty, yet still low in
calories and carbs.

savory and nutritious ingredients, King's Kimchi can easily add
excitement and nutrition to many everyday dishes such as tuna salad
