KIMCHI SPICED TOFU SALAD
An exciting, tasty
and decorative twist on an American
Classic.
Ingredients
6
oz. (3/4 cup) King's
Kimchi
8 oz. baked tofu
1 tablespoon firmly packed, chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame or peanut oil
1 green onion (optional)
Unsalted roasted peanuts
(optional)
Preparation
1.
Cut tofu into 3/4" cubes.
2. Slice Kimchi into 1/8"-1/4" strips.
3. Julienne green onions into 1" lengths.
4. Place all ingredients into medium sized mixing
bowl.
5. Mix
thoroughly.
