The Lunar New Year is celebrated worldwide with celebration and sumptuous meals and treats. 2007 is the year of the Pig (Boar). The year of the pig means wealth or luck in the life of Koreans. As many other Asian people, Koreans hail the year of pig as a prosperous year on the Chinese Zodiac. Korean people are excited about the coming of the year of pig as the year 2007 is not ordinary, but a very special pig... the year of the
“Golden Pig” which comes only every 600 years.

A person born in this year is likely to be a good parent. They may be easy to anger, but are intelligent, honest, courageous, completes projects, gallant and sincere. Associates of people born in these years can count on them being honest, straightforward, and reliable. They tend to be popular and make lasting friendships and are good neighbors.

Babies born in the year of the Golden Pig are predicted to lead comfortable and wealthy lives.
