KING'S KIMCHI SOUP (Kimchi Chi-Gae)




Main Ingredients
8 oz. King's Kimchi
1 can (14 oz.) Chicken, beef or vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Chopped green onion
1 1/4 teaspoon Chopped or minced garlic


Optional Ingredients
Tofu
Cooked noodles
Mushroom or other vegetables


Preparation
  1. Place green onion and garlic in simmering broth.
  2. Add King's Kimchi to broth.
  3. Add optional ingredients if desired.
  4. Bring soup to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
